Standard Secure Express delivery takes 2–3 business days worldwide. All orders are shipped fully insured with signature required. For our White Glove Overnight service, next-business-day delivery is guaranteed. Please note that bespoke or made-to-order pieces may require 4–6 weeks before dispatch.
Yes — we ship to over 80 countries worldwide. All international shipments are fully insured and require an adult signature upon delivery. Import duties and taxes may be payable at the destination; these are the responsibility of the recipient. We will advise estimated duties at checkout for major destinations.
Complimentary Secure Express shipping is included on all orders over 5,000 CHF. For orders below this threshold, a flat-rate shipping fee applies based on destination. Our White Glove Overnight service is available for an additional 150 CHF and includes hand-delivery and a champagne welcome gift.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with full tracking information via our insured courier partner. You can track your parcel at any time. If you have any concerns about your delivery, our client services team is available by email or phone during boutique hours.
Absolutely. All MysticShoreHaven diamonds are conflict-free, sourced exclusively through the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme and our own rigorous ethical procurement standards. Every diamond above 0.5ct is accompanied by a GIA certificate. We also offer lab-grown diamond options on request.
We work exclusively with 18K and 22K gold (yellow, white, and rose), Platinum 950, and Palladium. We do not use gold plating or vermeil on any of our core collection pieces. All metals are tested and hallmarked in accordance with Swiss and EU standards. Specific alloy compositions are available on request.
Yes. All rings in our collection can be made to your exact finger size. We provide a complimentary ring sizer upon request. Please note that certain eternity bands may have size limitations due to the full pavé setting. One complimentary resizing is included with every ring purchase within the first year.
We include full care instructions with every piece. In general, we recommend:
- Clean gently with a soft cloth and warm soapy water
- Remove before exercise, swimming, or heavy manual work
- Store in the provided MysticShoreHaven pouch or box, separately from other pieces
- Have your pieces professionally polished every 2–3 years
We offer a 30-day return window on all standard collection pieces, provided they are unworn and in their original condition with all accompanying documentation. Bespoke and personalised pieces are non-returnable. Full details are available on our Returns Policy page.
Yes. Our atelier offers a full repair, restoration, and polishing service for all MysticShoreHaven pieces. We also accept restoration commissions for heirloom jewelry from other houses. Please contact us at contact@mysticshorehaven.com with photographs of your piece for a complimentary assessment.
All MysticShoreHaven pieces are covered by our Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee against manufacturing defects. This covers any structural or setting issues arising from our craftsmanship. Damage caused by accident, misuse, or normal wear is not covered but can be addressed through our repair service at preferential rates.
Our bespoke process typically unfolds in five stages:
- 01 Initial consultation (in person or video) to discuss your vision and budget
- 02 Design proposal with hand-drawn sketches or CAD renderings
- 03 Gemstone selection from our curated inventory
- 04 Master crafting in our Geneva atelier (typically 4–8 weeks)
- 05 Final presentation and delivery, with full documentation
Our bespoke commissions typically begin at 8,000 CHF, which allows for a beautifully crafted piece in precious metal with a quality gemstone. High jewellery commissions range from 25,000 CHF to well above 500,000 CHF for exceptional pieces. We work with you to find the ideal balance of artistry and investment.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), international bank transfers, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum). For orders above 50,000 CHF, we also offer staged payment arrangements. Our boutique in Geneva accepts cash, card, and private banking arrangements.
Absolutely. All transactions on our website are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. We are PCI DSS compliant and do not store card details on our servers. For additional security, we offer 3D Secure authentication on all card payments. If you prefer, you may also order by telephone or in-person at our Geneva boutique.
For purchases above 15,000 CHF, we can arrange discreet instalment plans through our private banking partners. Please contact us directly at contact@mysticshorehaven.com for a confidential discussion. We also work with select private banks and wealth managers on behalf of our clients.
